My wonderful brother-in-law, Gary, is battling Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. He was diagnosed over three years ago and each year a team runs the St. Patrick's Day Parade Race in Holyoke, MA. There were about 40 friends supporting him this year in the 10K race including me, my mom, and my sister, Megan. I am by no means a runner. The three of us walked it. Meg and I power walked four of the miles and ran two! I was so excited to support Gary and the research being done to cure his cancer. We love you Gary!
